摘  要:针对天线柔性化设计需求,确保天线形变时工作频率稳定性,将近零介电常数(Epsilon-Near-Zero, ENZ)效应引入柔性天线设计。在分析ENZ天线内部色散特性的基础上,对天线在拉伸和弯折情况下各项参数进行仿真分析,实现天线在不同长度和弯折程度下工作频率不变,且辐射方向图可调。采用PDMS作为介质基板,结合磁控溅射和硅通孔技术,充分发挥柔性ENZ天线频率抗形变性能。实测ENZ天线在不同拉伸长度下频率稳定在6.54 GHz。所设计天线在柔性无线电子领域中具有一定应用前景,例如有限尺寸内的系统封装、生物应变传感和军用无线可穿戴通信设备等。To meet the design requirement for flexible antenna and ensure the operating frequency stability of the antenna under deformation state, the epsilon-near-zero response is introduced into the design of flexible antenna.Based on an analysis of the dispersion characteristics of ENZ antenna, the various parameters of antenna under stretching and bending states are simulated and analyzed, realizing stable operating frequency under different lengths and curvatures of antenna, as well as an adjustable radiation pattern.PDMS substrate combined with magnetron sputtering and through-silicon-via crafts are utilized to fully realize the potential of the deformation-insensitive operating frequency of ENZ antenna.Measurement results show that the ENZ antenna has a stable operating frequency of 6.54 GHz under different lengths.The ENZ antenna has quite a lot application prospects in the field of flexible wireless electronics, such as system encapsulation in finite size, biosensing and military wireless wearable communication equipment.
