摘 要:结直肠癌约占全球所有新发癌症病例的10%。肠道菌群与宿主细胞相互作用,调节许多生理过程,如能量获取、新陈代谢和免疫反应等。随着测序技术及动物模型的功能研究的开展,肠道菌群在结直肠癌发生发展中的作用越来越受到人们的重视,一系列研究发现,肠道菌群可能通过炎症、免疫调节及DNA损伤等影响结直肠癌的发生发展。越来越多的关于肠道菌群的研究为结直肠癌的诊断、筛查、预防、治疗及预后评估等临床实践提供了理论依据。Colorectal cancer accounts for about 10%of all new cancer cases in the world.Intestinal flora interacts with host cells and regulates many physiological processes,such as energy acquisition,metabolism and immune response.With the development of sequencing technology and functional research of animal models,the role of intestinal flora in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer has attracted more and more attention.A series of studies have found that intestinal flora may affect the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer through inflammation,immune regulation and DNA damage.More and more studies on intestinal flora provide a theoretical basis for clinical practice,such as diagnosis,screening,prevention,treatment and prognosis evaluation of colorectal cancer.
