摘　　要：介绍了自动化V法生产线的定义、在中国的发展现状等基本情况,通过介绍一条自动化桥壳V法铸造生产线的工艺技术参数、主要工艺流程,全面展示了自动线的优势,特别是对V法各工序、各个环节如何实现数字化、智能化的设计,如何成功对接MES系统,对企业向智能化发展有很大帮助。The definition of automatic V-method production line has been introduced in the text, as well as the basic situation of its development in China. By introducing the process technical parameters and main process flow of an automatic axle casing V-method casting production line, the advantages of the automatic line have been fully demonstrated, especially for the way to realize the digital and intelligent design of each process and each link of the method V-method casting production line as well as the way to successfully connect with the MES system. It greatly helps the enterprise to develop towards intelligence.
