摘　　要：分析货运铁路重载列车运营对行车组织人员的培训与教学需求,设计集教学与培训为一体的铁路重载列车运营仿真培训系统。介绍该系统的功能及关键仿真流程,通过软件编程完成系统的开发,实现了对学员进行教学、技能培训和考核的目的,同时,对行车组织人员调度指挥与管理水平的提高也有一定的促进作用。This paper analyzed the training and teaching requirements of freight railway heavy haul train operation for train operation organization personnel,designed a railway heavy haul train operation simulation training system integrating teaching and training,introduced the functions and key simulation processes of the system,implemented the development of the system through software programming,realized the purpose of teaching,skill training,examination and evaluation of students,and also promoted the improvement of dispatching command and management level of train organization personnel.
