边界地方感与边民身份建构:以中缅边境猴桥口岸黑泥塘村为例

摘　　要：边界作为地方社区与国家之间关系的空间和时间记录,是通过当地人的历史记忆、现实实践、文化想象而得以展现的。地处中缅边界的“极边之边”腾冲猴桥口岸黑泥塘村,在观念的沿袭、族群的融合、社会关系的调整以及空间层面的内外关联中所产生的边缘性,因国家边界基础设施的建设和使用而形塑了特殊的边界地方感,而当地人也在多种形式的边界实践中建构起明确而稳定的身份意识和国家认同。对于地域特性与身份认同的关系而言,边地意识和国家认同并非必然对立,在特定条件下是可以相互建构的。边界地方感与国家认同的深度融合,对于边疆的安全、稳定和发展具有积极的意义。As the spatial-temporal record of the relationship between the local communities and a given country,the border is displayed through the historical memory,practical activities and cultural imagination of the local people.Heinitang Village of Tengchong Houqiao Port,which is at the“extreme edge”of the China-Myanmar border area,has generated a sense of marginality due to the inheritance of the traditional concepts,the fusion of ethnic groups,the adjustment of social relations and the internal and external spatial connections as well as a special sense of border locality due to the construction and use of the national border infrastructure,while the local people have also got a sense of clear and stable identity as well as a national identity through various kinds of border activities.As far as the relationship between regional characteristics and identity is concerned,the consciousness of the borderland and the national identity are not necessarily opposite to each other,but can be mutually constructed under specific conditions.The deep integration of the sense of border locality and the national identity has much positive significance for the security,stability and development of the border regions.
