摘 要:利用某测量船船首底部加装声呐的实际技术要求,结合该测量船的线型以及实际安装需要,设计了若干种不同类型的导流罩方案,并对轴支架开展优化设计,结合船体线型进行了CFD预报分析。通过分析不同导流罩和轴支架方案对于阻力和湍动能等水动力性能的影响,选取最优方案。预报结果显示,最终优化方案较初始优化方案的模型总阻力降低了27%。研究成果可为同类型或者相关船舶导流罩和轴支架的设计及安装提供参考。According to the actual technical requirements for installing sonar on the bottom of the bow of a built survey ship,combined with the line type and actual installation requirements of the survey ship.In this paper we designed several different types of sonar dome,optimized the design of the shaft bracket,and used CFD prediction analysis method to forecast combined with the hull line type.By analyzing the influence of different deflector and shaft support schemes on the hydrodynamic performance such as resistance and turbulent kinetic energy,the optimal scheme is selected.The prediction results show that the total model resistance of the final optimization scheme is 27%lower than that of the initial optimization scheme.It can provide a reference for the design and installation of sonar dome and shaft strut of the same type or related ships.
