摘　　要：牙周病变会导致牙槽骨的慢性进行性吸收和软组织的破坏,若不及时加以治疗就会因牙齿难以保留而拔除。牙齿缺失后通常采用种植修复以恢复缺牙功能及美学效果,修复期间牵涉到位点保存、种植方式、护理模式等众多技术,因此作者对相关技术的发展现状作一综述,以期对临床操作起到一定的参考作用。The periodontal disease could have a bad influence on alveolar bone about their slowly progressive respiration and the damage of soft tissues. The teeth will be removed because of the difficulty of retaining the teeth if it is not treated in time. Teeth loss usually adopt to the way of dental implant to restore the lack teeth and the efiect of esthetics. The period of restoration will be including many technologies like site preservation dental implant method and nursing mode, etc. Therefore, the writer summarized the technology and development on dental implant so that the papers could be a guideline for clinical operation.
