阿立哌唑口崩片联合富马酸喹硫平治疗精神分裂症患者的效果

摘　　要：目的 探究阿立哌唑口崩片联合富马酸喹硫平治疗精神分裂症患者的效果。方法 将2018年4月至2019年4月医院收治的62例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,进一步利用随机数表法将所有患者划分为两组,每组31例。对照组患者予以常规治疗(富马酸喹硫平片),观察组患者予以阿立哌唑口崩片联合富马酸喹硫平治疗,对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果 在治疗总有效率方面,观察组为93.55%,高于对照组的70.97%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经积极治疗后,在社会功能、情绪功能、角色功能、认知功能及躯体功能5个维度的生活质量评分方面,观察组均显著比对照组高(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率方面,观察组为6.45%,低于对照组的25.81%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 精神分裂症患者实施阿立哌唑口崩片联合富马酸喹硫平治疗的效果显著,可改善患者的生活质量,降低用药不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the efficacy of aripiprazole tablets combined with quetiapine fumarate in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 62 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were regarded as the subjects of the study.All patients were further divided into two groups by random number table method, with an average of 31 cases in each group. Among them, patients in the control group were given routine treatment(qutiapine fumarate), while patients in the observation group were given aripiprazole tablets combined with qutiapine fumarate. Thiopine treatment, and then compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results In terms of total efiective rate, 93.55% in the observation group and 70.97% in the control group were significantly higher, and there were significant difierences in data between the two groups(P<0.05). After active treatment, the scores of quality of life in the five dimensions of social function, emotional function,role function, cognitive function and physical function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions, 6.45% in the observation group was significantly lower than 25.81% in the control group, and the data of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Aripiprazole tablets combined with quetiapine fumarate are efiective in the treatment of schizophrenia, which can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
