个性化护理模式在妇产科护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨个性化护理模式在妇产科护理中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析医院2019年2月至2019年12月收治的80例妇产科产妇,根据护理模式的差异分为传统护理干预组以及个性化护理模式干预组。比较两组的护理效果。结果 护理前两组产妇生理功能(PF)评分、生理职能(RF)评分、躯体疼痛(BP)评分、一般健康状况(GH)评分、精力(VT)评分、社会功能(SF)评分、情感职能(RE)评分、精神健康(MH)评分、健康变化(HT)评分比较,P>0.05;护理后个性化护理模式干预组产妇PF评分、RF评分、BP评分、GH评分、VT评分、SF评分、RE评分、MH评分、HT评分优于传统护理干预组,P<0.05。个性化护理模式干预组护理满意度问卷调查评分、遵医行为评分、抗感染治疗的时间、住院时间、产褥感染发生率均优于传统护理干预组,P<0.05;预后个性化护理模式干预组精神状态评分优于传统护理干预组,P<0.05;个性化护理模式干预组心理状态评分优于传统护理干预组,P<0.05。结论 妇产科产妇采用个性化护理模式可更好促进产妇的恢复和满意度的提高,提高产妇的遵医行为,并有利于提高产妇的生活质量。Objective To explore the application efiect of personalized nursing model in obstetrics and gynecology nursing. Methods A total of 80 obstetrics and gynecology parturients in our hospital from February 2019 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the difierences of nursing modes, they were divided into traditional nursing intervention group and personalized nursing mode intervention group.The nursing efiect of the two groups was compared. Results Before nursing, the scores of physiological function(PF), physiological function(RF), physical pain(BP), general health status(GH), energy(VT), social function(SF), emotional function(RE), mental health(MH) and health change(HT) were compared between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing, the scores of PF, RF, BP, GH, VT, SF, RE, MH and HT in the personalized nursing mode intervention group were better than those in the traditional nursing intervention group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction questionnaire score, compliance behavior score, anti infection treatment time, hospitalization time and the incidence of puerperal infection in the personalized nursing intervention group were better than those in the traditional nursing intervention group(P<0.05). The mental state score of the individualized nursing mode intervention group was better than that of the traditional nursing intervention group, P<0.05. The psychological state score of the individualized nursing mode intervention group was better than that of the traditional nursing intervention group, P<0.05.Conclusion The adoption of personalized nursing model in obstetrics and gynecology can better promote maternal recovery, improve satisfaction,improve maternal compliance behavior, and improve maternal quality of life.
