摘　　要：目的:探讨血清和糖皮质激素调节蛋白激酶3(SGK3)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达并探讨其可能的临床意义。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月至2018年12月于我院经病理组织学确诊的134例NSCLC患者的临床资料,其中鳞癌51例,腺癌83例,采用免疫组织化学法检测癌组织及癌旁组织中SGK3的表达情况,并分析SGK3的表达与NSCLC患者临床病理特征的相关性。结果:SGK3在癌组织中的表达水平明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),SGK3与NSCLC患者的年龄、性别、病理类型、肿瘤直径等均无明显相关性(P>0.05),SGK3与TNM分期及淋巴结转移存在显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论:SGK3在NSCLC中呈高表达,提示SGK3可能参与了NSCLC的发生发展。Objective:To investigate the expression of serum and glucocorticoid-regulated protein kinase 3(SGK3)in non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and its possible clinical significance.Methods:The clinical data of 134 cases of NSCLC diagnosed by histopathology in our hospital from Jan 2014 to Dec 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.There were 51 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 83 cases of adenocarcinoma.The expression of SGK3 in the NSCLC tissues and adjacent tissues of NSCLC were detected by using immunohistochemical method.The correlation of the expression of SGK3 with clinical pathological characteristics of NSCLC patients was analyzed.Results:The expression of SGK3 in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).SGK3 had no significant correlation with age,gender,pathological type and tumor size of NSCLC patients(P>0.05),but SGK3 was significantly correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:SGK3 is highly expressed in NSCLC,suggesting that SGK3 may be involved in the occurrence and development of NSCLC.
