摘  要:目的:探讨在某中医药大学预防医学现有教学模式基础上实施课程思政改革的效果。方法:以某中医药大学526名本科生为研究对象,从“深入挖掘预防医学思政案例”、“融合中医药传统文化”、“多元化教学方式综合应用”三个方面实施教学改革,课程结束后问卷调查学生对预防医学课程思政改革的认可情况。结果:预防医学课程思政改革学生满意度为95.82%。87.07%的学生认为线上、线下相结合授课方式非常适合。55.70%的学生认为课程思政内容占整个课程的10%左右较为合适。学生更感兴趣的思政元素依次为创新意识、学术态度、爱国情怀及奋斗精神。90%以上的学生认可课程思政对提高思想意识的引导作用。结论:预防医学课程思政教学改革实施效果良好,教学改革取得初步进展。Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the ideological and political education in the preventive medicine course in a university of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 526 undergraduates were selected as the research objects.The implementation was carried out from three aspects“digging deeply into the ideological and political cases of preventive medicine”,“integratin traditional Chinese medicine culture”and“comprehensive application of diversified teaching methods”.After the course,questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate students′satisfaction with the ideological and political reform of this course.Results:The students’satisfaction rate was 95.82%.And 87.07%of them considered that the combination of online and offline teaching was very suitable.And 55.70%of them thought that it was appropriate for the ideological and political content to account for about 10%of the whole course.The ideological and political elements that students were more interested in were innovation consciousness,academic attitude,patriotism and struggle spirit.More than 90%of the students recognized the guiding role of ideological and political education in improving their ideological consciousness.Conslusion:The ideological and political teaching effect of preventive medicine course is good,and the teaching reform has made preliminary progress.
