摘　　要：目的:探讨医患共享决策(SDM)模式对胚胎植入前遗传学诊断筛查(PGD/PGS)患者的影响。方法:选取2019年4月1日~2020年12月31日拟行PGD/PGS技术的患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例;对照组给予常规干预,观察组给予SDM模式管理干预。采用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评估两组不良情绪,采用医患关系信任量表评估两组医患关系信任度,比较两组临床结局、不良事件发生情况及满意度。结果:干预后,观察组HAMA评分、HAMD评分、医患关系信任度评分、临床结局、不良事件发生情况及满意度均优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:SDM模式能有效缓解PGD/PGS患者不良情绪,提高医患关系信任度,改善临床结局,减少不良事件发生,提升满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of the doctor-patient shared decision-making(SDM)model in patients with pre-implantation genetic diagnosis screening(PGD/PGS).Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients undergoing PGD/PGS technology during April 1,2019 to December 31,2020 according to the random number table method were divided into the observation group and the control group each wirh 50 cases;The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given SDM mode management intervention.The Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)were used to evaluate the bad moods,the doctor-patient relationship trust scale was used to evaluate the doctor-patient trust,comparison was made between the two groups on clinical outcomes and adverse events and satisfaction.Results:After the intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores,the doctor-patient relationship trust scores,the clinical outcomes,the adverse events and satisfaction were better in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The SDM mode can effectively relieve the bad moods in patients with PGD/PGS,improve the doctor-patient relationship trust,improve clinical outcomes,reduce adverse events,and improve satisfaction.
