摘　　要：皮革产业外语复合型人才,是未来皮革产业对外贸易、跨语言科研交流领域的主力军。文章对高职-本科衔接视角下皮革产业外语复合型人才培养策略与模式进行研究,提出了“3+2”模式下,皮革产业外语复合型人才培养的方案、课程建设及教学运行方式。以我国某高校皮革毛皮工艺(大专)-轻化工程(皮革工程方向)专升本为例,对文章构建的英语复合型人才培养策略解决的关键问题、改进建议等进行了总结。Foreign language compound talents in leather industry will be the main force in the field of foreign trade and cross language scientific research and exchange in leather industry in the future. The training strategy and mode of foreign language compound talents in leather industry were studied from the perspective of higher vocational college undergraduate connection, and the training scheme, curriculum construction and teaching operation mode of foreign language compound talents in leather industry were put forward under the “3+2” mode. Taking the upgrading of leather and fur Technology(College)-Light Chemical Engineering(leather engineering direction) in a university in China as an example, the key problems and improvement suggestions of the English compound talent training strategy constructed were summarized.
