摘 要:指针式仪表广泛应用于计量和生产等场合,仪表指示的信息是实现设备运行状态监测自动化的基础。利用仪表的颜色特征对处于复杂环境中的仪表进行定位,通过指针边缘检测实现指针定位,并根据指针和初始量程的相对位置来完成读数。应用结果表明,采用多线程方法提升了动态环境中仪表识别的准确度,算法最终的识别精度可以达到最小刻度的十分之一。Pointer instruments are widely used in measurement, production and other occasions. The information indicated by instruments is the basis for realizing equipment operation status monitoring automation. The color characteristics of instrument can be used to locate the instrument in a complex environment. The pointer positioning is realized by pointer edge detection, and the reading is completed according to the relative position of the pointer to the initial range. The application results show that to use multi-threading method improves the accuracy of instrument recognition in dynamic environment, and the final recognition accuracy of the algorithm can reach one tenth of the minimum scale.
