摘  要:“零负团费”是我国旅游市场的顽疾。大数据为游客管理和服务提供了极大的方便,但仍有不法商家采取变通手段和隐蔽方式从事“零负团费”、欺客宰客等违法经营活动,一些中间商依靠大数据实行价格歧视策略,针对游客随意宰熟加价。区块链技术可以为净化旅游市场提供技术支持。应用区块链技术,提出由供应商、旅游者和政府缔结智能合约,建立起一个联结多方的价格制约机制,形成价格联盟,以解决旅游过程中因信息不对称引起的问题,提高游客对旅游业的信任度。“Zero or negative tour fee”was still a stubborn disease in China’s tourism market.Big data provided great convenience for tourism management and services,but some illegal businesses took flexible means and hidden ways to engage in“zero or negative tour fee”,cheating and rifling customers and other illegal business activities.Moreover,some intermediaries relied on big data to implement price discrimination strategy,for tourists at will.Blockchain technology could help to provide technical support for purifying the cultural travel market.This paper applied blockchain technology and proposed that suppliers,tourists,and the government sign a smart contract to establish a price control mechanism that connected multiple parties to form a price alliance,hoped to solve the problems caused by information asymmetry in the tourism process,enhance tourist’s trust in tourism industry.
