摘 要:为了更有效研究复合材料筒体的力学性能和变形特点,获得真实的计算结果,基于非线性有限元数值仿真分析方法,以ABAQUS软件为平台,分别采用实体-壳单元绑定与全部壳单元两种方法建立了复合材料筒体的仿真模型,分析筒体的力学响应,对比了两种建模方法仿真结果,并与实际试验结果进行比较。分析结果表明,选择实体-壳单元绑定的方法建模获得的仿真计算结果更贴合实际试验结果。In order to more effectively study mechanical properties and deformation characteristics of composite material barrel,and obtain more real results,based on the nonlinear finite element numerical simulation analysis method,using the finite element software ABAQUS,two methods,entity-shell unit binding and all shell units,were used respectively to establish simulation model of composite material barrel,and analyzed the mechanical properties of the cylinder.Comparing the differences of two modeling methods,and the actual test results,the analysis results show that the simulation results obtained by the method of solid-shell unit binding are more in line with the experimental results.
