山东省鲜枣中的农药残留现状

摘　　要：本文以山东省7市240批次鲜枣为研究对象,基于气相色谱-串联质谱技术(gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,GC-MS/MS)和液相色谱-串联质谱技术(liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,LC-MS/MS),实现了对其中33种农残含量的检测。结合GB 2763-2021《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》中针对鲜枣的不同农药的最大残留限量,对检测结果进行分析,进一步了解了山东省内鲜枣的农药残留现状,以期为鲜枣今后的规范用药提供数据支持。In this paper, 240 fresh jujube samples from 7 cities of Shandong province were selected for 33 kinds of pesticides determination based on gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS) and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS). Combind with the of maximum residue limits for pesticides in fresh jujube from GB 2763-2021 National food safety standard Maximum residue limits for pesticides in food, the detection result was discussed. According to the discussion, the present situation of fresh jujube’s pesticide residue in Shandong province was obtained, whech would provide more data support to normalize pesticide management of fresh jujube in the future.
