摘 要:为研究菜用黄麻的铅积累特征,在土壤中添加不同量的铅(0、500、1000 mg/kg),进行菜用黄麻(‘渝麻1号’‘渝麻2号’)盆栽试验,并测定三个不同采摘时期菜用黄麻的铅含量。结果表明,‘渝麻2号’对铅的积累量高于‘渝麻1号’,铅高添加量组菜用黄麻叶片铅的积累量高于低添加量。综合来看,土壤中金属铅含量直接影响菜用黄麻铅的积累量,‘渝麻2号’对铅的富集能力高于‘渝麻1号’。在生产中推荐选择‘渝麻1号’,并在生长前期采摘,能有效降低安全风险。In order to study the accumulation characteristics of lead in vegetable Corchorus capsularis L., pot experiments of vegetable Corchorus capsularis L.(’Yuma 1’and’Yuma 2’) were carried out by adding different amounts of lead(0, 500, 1 000 mg/kg) in soil, and the lead content of vegetable Corchorus capsularis L. in three different picking periods was determined. The results showed that the accumulation of lead in’Yuma 2’was higher than that in ’Yuma 1’, and the accumulation of lead in the leaves of vegetable Corchorus capsularis L. with high lead addition was higher than that with low lead addition. Overall, the content of lead in soil directly affected the accumulation of lead in vegetable Corchorus capsularis L., and the enrichment ability of’Yuma 2’was higher than that of ’Yuma 1’. It was recommended to select ’Yuma 1’for planting and picking in the early growth stage,which can effectively reduce the safety risk.
