摘 要:无人机、可穿戴设备供能等微波无线传能应用要求整流天线不仅具有高微波接收和整流效率,并且满足质量轻的要求。设计了一款5.8 GHz轻量化微波整流天线,该天线为缝隙耦合馈电的微带天线阵列,为减轻质量,天线加工制作于0.19 mm厚度的超薄高频基板,粘贴在5 mm厚度泡沫板。整流电路采用BAT15⁃03W肖特基二极管作为整流器件,制作于天线背面,通过导电过孔与天线金属地连接。该天线尺寸为88 mm×90 mm×5.425 mm,质量15 g,对应的面密度仅为1.89 kg/m^(2)。在最佳微波输入功率密度2.34 mw/cm^(2)下,实测该天线最大微波接收整流效率达到74.3%。Microwave wireless energy transmission applications such as power supply for drones and wearable devices require recti⁃fier antennas not only to have high microwave reception and rectification efficiency,but also to meet the requirements of light weight.In this paper,a 5.8 GHz lightweight microwave rectifier antenna is designed.The antenna is a slot⁃coupled⁃fed microstrip antenna array.In order to reduce the quality,the antenna is fabricated on an ultra⁃thin high⁃frequency substrate with a thickness of 0.19 mm and pasted on foam with a thickness of 5 mm plate.The rectifier circuit uses BAT15⁃03W Schottky diode as the rectifier device,fabricated on the back of the antenna,and connected to the antenna metal ground through a conductive via.The size of the antenna is 88 mm×90 mm×5.425 mm,the mass is 15 g,and the corresponding areal density is only 1.89 kg/m^(2).Under the optimal microwave input power density of 2.34 mw/cm^(2),the measured maximum microwave receiving and rectifying efficiency of the antenna reaches 74.3%.
