摘　　要：一直以来,燃煤发电行业始终把“人身零伤害、设备零障碍、机组零非停”作为追求的安全生产主要目标,通过一系列的生产管理手段,保证实现机组安全、环保、可靠、经济运行,力求为电网提供稳定电力,为社会发展提供能源保障,完成行业价值和使命。根据某燃煤电厂实现400多天长周期稳定运行实践经验进行分析和总结,提炼好的做法,目的为煤电机组实现长周期运行提供参考建议,共同提高能源供应可靠性。All along,the coal-fired power generation industry has always taken"zero personal injury,zero obstacles to equipment,zero non-stop units"as the main goal of the pursuit of safe production,through a series of production management means to ensure the realization of unit safety,environmental protection,reliability,economic operation,and strive to provide stable power grid,for social development to provide energy security,complete the industry value and mission.Based on the practical experience of achieving more than 400 days long cycle stable operation of a coal-fired power plant,this paper analyzes and summarizes the practice,refines the good practice,and aims to provide reference suggestions for the coal power unit to achieve long-cycle operation,and jointly improve the reliability of energy supply.
