摘　　要：情志因素异常可导致脑-肠轴功能的紊乱、内脏高敏感及胃肠炎症免疫等,引起或促进功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia, FD)的发生。边缘系统是胃肠道运动、感觉的整合中枢,并与情绪调控关系密切。精神心理因素可通过脑-肠轴引起FD患者的扣带回、脑岛、丘脑、前额叶皮质等脑区结构连接、功能活动和皮层物质代谢等变化,表明以边缘系统为主的脑区改变是FD发病的重要中枢机制,也可能是不同证型FD患者脑功能活动主要差异脑区。Abnormal emotional factors can lead to dysfunction of the brain-gut axis, visceral hypersensitivity, and gastrointestinal inflammation and immunity, which can cause or promote the occurrence of functional dyspepsia(FD).The limbic system is the integration center of gastrointestinal motility and sensation and is closely related to emotion regulation.Psychological factors can cause changes in the structural connections, functional activities, and cortical material metabolism of the cingulate gyrus, insula, thalamus, prefrontal cortex, and other brain regions in FD patients through the "brain-gut axis",indicating that the changes of brain regions dominated by the limbic system are an important central mechanism of the pathogenesis of FD.And it may also be the main differences in brain area of FD patients with different syndromes.
