新式川菜主题餐厅艺术灯光装置设计策略探究

摘　　要：目前,新式川菜主题餐厅环境设计越来越“主题性”和“符号化”,艺术灯光装置设计赋予餐饮空间更多前卫、独特的意境。在新式川菜主题餐厅光环境特征基础上,分析灯光装置在餐饮空间中的作用,运用案例分析方法总结餐饮空间艺术灯光装置表现手段,让艺术灯光装置在新式川菜主题餐厅中发挥更大创造力。At present, more and more new-style Sichuan restaurant environment designs are developing in the direction of “theme” and “symbolicization”. The design of artistic lighting installations can give dining spaces more avant-garde, unique and creative designs. This paper first sorts out the light environment characteristics of the new theme Sichuan cuisine restaurant, and analyzes the role of lighting installations in the dining space on this basis, and then uses the method of case analysis to summarize the expression methods of artistic lighting installations in the dining space, with a view to future artistic lighting installations in the new theme Sichuan cuisine More creativity in the restaurant.
