摘  要:食糖消费是推动世界糖业发展的主要力量。通过全球食糖消费现状、时空变化特点分析后,探究了食糖消费的影响因素-人口、GDP增速、消费偏好、糖税政策、糖价和替代品,得出几个主要结论:第一,全球食糖消费量大体增长,2018/19年榨季和2019/20年榨季受疫情冲击消费下滑,消费增速波动较大,全球人均食糖消费呈先增后减态势;第二,食糖消费量区域分布由高到低排序依次为亚洲、欧洲、非洲、北美和中美洲、南美洲、大洋洲;第三,各地食糖消费偏好差异显著,人均消费量由高到低排序依次为南美洲、欧洲、大洋洲、北美和中美洲、亚洲、非洲;第四,发达国家人均食糖消费量较稳定而增速缓慢,发展中国家人均消费量较低但增速较快;第五,人口增长和经济发展水平显著影响食糖消费,全球糖价对食糖消费量有一定影响;第六,美国和印度人均GDP超过一定水平后,食糖人均消费量相对稳定,我国人均消费量还处于增长阶段;第七,糖税显著增加了税收,部分国家降低了食糖消费量,但对肥胖和超重的作用尚不明显;第八,中国人均食糖消费量快速增长后有所下滑、现稳定增长,食糖消费受到合理膳食行动、替代品淀粉糖、低热量甜味剂广告宣传的影响。建议客观看待中国食糖消费水平,倡导食糖适量消费、实行综合膳食健康引导。Sugar consumption is the main force to promote the development of the world sugar industry.Through analyzing the current situation and temporal and spatial change characteristics of global sugar consumption,this paper explored the influencing factors of sugar consumption-population,GDP growth rate,consumption preference,sugar tax policy,sugar price and substitutes,and drew several main conclusions:first,the global sugar consumption had increased generally.Due to the impact of the epidemic,the consumption had declined in 2018/19 and 2019/20 crusing season,and the consumption growth rate fluctuated greatly,Global per capita sugar consumption increased first and then decreased.Second,the order of regional distribution of sugar consumption from high to low was Asia,Europe,Africa,North and Central America,South America and Oceania.Third,there were significant differences in sugar consumption preferences.The per capita consumption was ranked from high to low in South America,Europe,Oceania,North America,Central America,Asia and Africa.Fourth,the per capita sugar consumption in developed countries was relatively stable and the growth rate was slow,while the per capita consumption in developing countries was low but the growth rate was fast.Fifth,the level of population growth and economic development significantly affected sugar consumption,and the global sugar price had a certain impact on sugar consumption.Sixth,after the per capita GDP of the United States and India exceeded a certain level,the per capita consumption of sugar was relatively stable,and China's per capita consumption was still in the growth channel.Seventh,the sugar tax had significantly increased taxes and some countries had reduced sugar consumption,but the effect on obesity and overweight was not obvious.Eighth,China's per capita sugar consumption had declined after the rapid growth and was now growing steadily.Sugar consumption was affected by reasonable dietary actions,advertising of substitutes starch sugar and low calorie sweeteners.It was sugge
