摘  要:微弧氧化是一种在阀金属表面形成氧化物陶瓷膜层,进而提高阀金属耐磨耐蚀性能的表面处理技术。然而,传统微弧氧化膜层不具有自润滑性能,其粗糙多孔的表面微观结构常使该膜层呈现较高的摩擦系数,这极大限制了微弧氧化技术在摩擦学领域的应用。为此,将微弧氧化膜层与具有自润滑性能的材料相复合,获得自润滑微弧氧化复合膜层的技术近年来得到了广泛关注。本文综述了自润滑微弧氧化复合膜层制备技术的最新研究进展,分析了膜层制备过程中的主要影响因素;基于复合膜层的微观形貌及摩擦学性能,探讨了各项制备技术的优势和不足;指出了自润滑微弧氧化复合膜层的技术难点。最后,简述了自润滑微弧氧化复合膜层在工业领域的实际应用,并展望了其未来发展方向。Micro-arc oxidation(MAO)is a surface treatment technology which forms oxide ceramic film on the valve metal surface to improve its wear and corrosion resistance.However,traditional MAO film has no self-lubricating performance and shows a high friction coefficient because of its rough and porous microstructure,which greatly limits the application of MAO technology in tribology.Therefore,the preparation technology of self-lubricating MAO composite film by combining MAO film with self-lubricating materials has attracted extensive attention recently.In this paper,the latest research progresses in the preparation technology of self-lubricating MAO composite film are reviewed,and the main influencing factors in the preparation process of the composite film are analyzed.Based on the microstructural morphology and tribological properties of the composite film,the advantages and disadvantages of each preparation technology are discussed.The technical difficulties of self-lubricating MAO composite film are pointed out.Finally,a practical application of self-lubricating MAO composite film in industrial field is described,and its future development direction is prospected.
