玉竹多糖结构特征及其降糖生物活性研究进展

摘　　要：中药玉竹不仅是湘产大宗道地药材之一,还是国家卫生部审批认定的全国首批药食两用中药,其中玉竹多糖是其主要活性成分之一。目前相关药理学研究虽然已经证明玉竹多糖具有明显降血糖作用,但其降糖的作用机制尚未明确,分子结构也未得到完全探明,更缺乏玉竹多糖构效关系的研究,已成为深层次开发的技术瓶颈。通过对活性成分玉竹多糖的分子化学结构、空间构象及其特征,以及其降血糖生物活性进行综述分析,为进一步深入研究玉竹多糖结构与其降糖活性的构效关系,以及玉竹中药材、提取物、降糖类保健品和降糖药品的技术研发、创新开发和质量控制提供有价值的参考。Polygonatum odoratum is not only one of the most authentic medicinal materials produced in Hunan Province,but also one of the first batch of dual-purpose medicinal and food products approved by the Ministry of health,of which Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide is one of its main active components.At present,relevant pharmacological studies have proved that Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide has significant hypoglycemic effect,but its hypoglycemic mechanism is not clear,the molecular structure has not been fully explored,and the structure-activity relationship of Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide is lack,these have become the technical bottleneck of deep development.The chemical structure,spatial conformational characteristics and hypoglycemic biological activity of Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharides are reviewed,so as to provide valuable references for further study on the structure-activity relationship between Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide structure and its hypoglycemic activity,as well as technology research,innovative development and quality control of Polygonatum odoratum traditional Chinese medicine,extracts,hypoglycemic health products and drugs.
