摘　　要：目的为读者能够更好的了解口服蛋白多肽类药物,以期更好地为蛋白多肽类药物剂型开发或者改良提供一定的思路。方法查阅并整理国内外关于口服蛋白多肽类药物制剂的文献,主要总结了蛋白多肽药物的开发过程中的手段以及几种口服剂型的相关应用。结论经过总结发现,随着人们对生命科学理论和技术研究的不断深入,越来越多的蛋白多肽类药物应用于疾病的预防、治疗和诊断,并且在医药领域展现出巨大潜力。Object To make the readers have a better understanding of oral protein and peptides drugs,the present work provides some ideas for the development or improvement of protein and peptides dosage forms. Method In this paper, the papers on oral protein and peptides at domestic and abroad were reviewed and collated, and the means in the development of protein and peptides pharmaceuticals and the related several oral preparations were summarized. Conclusion With the in-depth study of the theory and technology of bioscience, protein and peptides have been widely applied in the prevention,treatment and diagnosis of diseases, and show great potential in the field of medicine.
