摘　　要：目的探究miR-574-5p和miR-144-5p在腹主动脉瘤患者外周血中的表达水平及其与腔内血栓(ILT)厚度的关系。方法选取腹主动脉瘤患者50例,收集患者临床资料。根据腔内血栓厚度分为2组,厚ILT组和薄ILT组,采用RT-PCR检测2组miR-574-5p和miR-144-5p水平,并分析水平差异。结果2组患者在年龄、吸烟史、高血压史以及腹主动脉最大直径方面均无明显差异(P>0.05),厚ILT组的心梗史概率明显高于薄ILT组(P<0.05)。厚ILT组miR-144-5p水平明显低于薄ILT组(P<0.05),厚ILT组miR-574-5p水平明显高于薄ILT组(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,miR-574-5p水平上升和miR-144-5p水平下降为影响ILT厚度增大的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。miR-574-5p与miR-144-5p水平呈负相关(γ=-0.213,P<0.001)。结论miR-574-5p和miR-144-5p水平与腹主动脉瘤患者腔内血栓厚度有相关性,为进一步研究腹主动脉瘤患者病情提供了数据基础。Objective To explore the expression levels of miR-574-5p and miR-144-5p in peripheral blood of patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm and their relationship with intracavitary thrombus thickness.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm were collected.The levels of miR-574-5p and miR-144-5p were detected by RT-PCR and the differences between the 2 groups were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in age,smoking history,hypertension history and maximum diameter of abdominal aorta between the 2 groups(P>0.05).The probability of myocardial infarction history in thick ILT group was significantly higher than that in thin ILT group(P<0.05).The level of miR-144-5p in the thick ILT group was significantly lower than that in the thin ILT group(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the increase of miR-574-5p level and the decrease of miR-144-5p level were independent risk factors for the increase of ILT thickness(P<0.05).miR-574-5p was negatively correlated with miR-144-5p(γ=-0.213,P<0.001).Conclusion The levels of miR-574-5p and miR-144-5p Are correlated with the thickness of endovascular thrombosis in patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm,which provided data basis for further study of the condition of patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm.
