联动成像技术在上消化道病变内镜诊断中的研究进展

摘　　要：上消化道病变包括Barrett食管、食管鳞状细胞癌、幽门螺杆菌感染、胃癌等。虽然白光成像、蓝激光成像、窄带成像对上消化道病变有一定辨识能力,但对早期微小病变仍存在漏诊、误诊。联动成像(LCI)通过独特的内镜图像色彩增强技术,使对消化道病变的诊断准确性、敏感性进一步提高。本文就LCI技术在上消化道病变内镜诊断中的研究进展作一综述。Upper digestive tract diseases include Barrett’s esophagus,esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,Helicobacter pylori infection,gastric cancer,etc.Although white light imaging,blue laser imaging and narrow-band imaging have a certain ability to identify these upper digestive tract lesions,however,there are still some missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of early lesions.Linked color imaging(LCI)could improve the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of upper digestive tract lesions through the unique color enhancement technology of endoscopic images.This article reviewed the research progress of LCI in endoscopic diagnosis of upper digestive tract lesions.
