基于六经方证辨证探析《伤寒杂病论》口干证治

摘　　要：干燥综合征是一种以口干、眼干为主要表现的自身免疫性疾病。《伤寒杂病论》中有关口干、口渴治疗的方剂22首,现将这些方证依据胡希恕六经-八纲-方证辨证理论进行归类,分析其病机、治法及药物组成,总结各经中口干的病机特点及证治规律,以期为改善临床干燥综合征口干症状提供参考。Sj?ren’s syndrome is an autoimmune disease characterized by oral dryness and dry eyes. There are 22 prescriptions for treating oral dryness and thirst in Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases. This paper classifies these prescriptions into six types according to Hu Xishu’s theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment of six channels-eight principles-prescription and syndrome, and analyzes their pathogenesis, therapeutic methods and drug composition to summarize the pathogenesis characteristics and treatment regularity of dry mouth in each channel, so as to provide reference for improving symptoms of Sj?ren’s syndrome.
