现代根管治疗联合米诺环素治疗牙周牙髓综合征的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究对牙周牙髓综合征患者进行现代根管治疗联合米诺环素根管内注射治疗的效果。方法:选择2020年8月至2021年4月期间兴宁市人民医院接诊的86例牙周牙髓综合征患者作为观察对象。按照计算机随机分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各有患者43例。对对照组患者进行现代根管治疗联合米诺环素牙周袋内局部注射治疗,对观察组患者进行现代根管治疗联合米诺环素根管内注射治疗,然后比较两组患者的疗效及各项临床指标。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率为95.35%,对照组患者治疗的总有效率为81.40%,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的牙龈指数、菌斑指数和牙周探诊深度均小于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者不良反应的发生率为4.65%,对照组患者不良反应的发生率为9.30%,二者相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对牙周牙髓综合征患者进行现代根管治疗联合米诺环素根管内注射治疗的效果显著,能有效减轻患者的临床症状,改善其牙龈指数、菌斑指数等牙周指标,且治疗的安全性较高。Objective:To study the effect of modern root canal therapy combined with minocycline injection in patients with periodontal pulp syndrome.Methods:A total of 86 patients with periodontal pulp syndrome treated in Xingning People’s Hospital from August 2020 to April 2021 were selected as observation subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to computer random grouping method,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with modern root canal therapy combined with minocycline injection in periodontal pocket,and the observation group was treated with modern root canal therapy combined with minocycline injection,and then the efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 81.40%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gingival index,plaque index and periodontal probing depth of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.65%in the observation group and 9.30%in the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modern root canal therapy combined with minocycline injection has a significant effect on patients with periodontal pulp syndrome,which can effectively reduce clinical symptoms,improve periodontal indexes such as gingival index an d plaque index,and has a high safety of treatment.
