氯己定联合西地碘治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究复发性口腔溃疡应用氯己定联合西地碘进行治疗的效果。方法选取2018年12月至2019年9月在本院接受治疗的共86例复发性口腔溃疡患者,将其分为两组,对照组、观察组各43例患者。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组应用氯己定联合西地碘进行治疗,对比两组的治疗效果、不良反应的发生情况、治疗前后的溃疡直径、临床指标、疼痛指数及复发情况。结果对照组总有效率明显低于观察组(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率明显高于观察组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的溃疡直径及疼痛指数差异均不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的溃疡直径均较治疗前缩小,疼痛指数均低于治疗前,且观察组的溃疡直径小于对照组,疼痛指数低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组复发率明显高于观察组(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组的溃疡面愈合时间、疼痛消失时间及进食改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复发性口腔溃疡应用氯己定联合西地碘进行治疗的效果显著,可以有效改善患者的溃疡直径、疼痛指数,减少不良反应的发生情况,降低溃疡面愈合时间、疼痛消失时间、进食改善时间,复发情况少,安全性高。Objective To study the effect of chlorhexidine combined with cydiodine in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods 86 patients with recurrent oral ulcer who were treated in our hospital from December 2018 to September 2019 were divided into two groups:control group and observation group,43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with chlorhexidine combined with cydiodine.The treatment effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,ulcer diameter,clinical indicators,pain index and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in ulcer diameter and pain index between the two groups;after treatment,the ulcer diameters of the two groups were reduced compared with those before treatment,and the pain index was lower than that before treatment,and the ulcer diameter of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,and the pain index was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ulcer healing time,pain disappearance time and feeding improvement time in the control group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of chlorhexidine combined with cydiodine in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the ulcer diameter and pain index of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,reduce the healing time of ulcer surface,the time of pain disappearance and the time of eating improvement,with less recurrence and high safety.
