石榴皮色素的提取及其在棉织物染色上的应用

摘　　要：在恒温水浴条件下,分别采用水和不同pH值的乙醇溶液作为提取溶剂提取石榴皮色素,探讨提取溶剂类型及提取时间对石榴皮色素提取效果的影响。用水作为溶剂提取石榴皮色素并上染棉织物,探讨提取温度和染色温度对棉织物染色效果的影响。研究表明:用水作为溶剂提取石榴皮色素60 min,可经济环保地获得吸光度较好的石榴皮色素提取液;石榴皮色素提取液的吸光度曲线在紫外光区有较大值出现,表明其具有一定的防紫外线性能;提取温度和染色温度均为60℃时,经石榴皮色素染色的棉织物试样的上染率最大,为22.68%,其染色深度K/S值为3.56,耐皂洗色牢度达3级及以上。The pigment of pomegranate peel was extracted with water and ethanol solution with different pH values under constant temperature water bath.The influence of different solutions and extraction time on the extraction effect of pomegranate peel pigment was investigated.The water was used as the solvent to extract the pigment of pomegranate peel and dye the cotton fabric.The effect of the pigment of pomegranate peel on the dyeing effect of cotton fabric under different extraction temperature and dyeing temperature was discussed.The results showed that using water as solvent to extract pomegranate peel pigment for 60 min,the extraction solution of pomegranate peel pigment with better absorbance could be obtained under the condition of economic and environmentally friendly.The absorbance curve of the pomegranate peel pigment extraction solution showed a larger value in the ultraviolet(UV)region,which indicated that it had a certain function of UV protection.When the extraction temperature and dyeing temperature were both 60℃,the cotton fabric dyed with pomegranate peel pigment had the highest dye uptake rate of 22.68%,the dyeing depth of K/S value was 3.56,and the color fastness to soaping was grade 3 and above.
