摘 要:待放、去国之礼最早出现在《礼记正义》中,意为大夫、士三谏国君不从而待放,听君命留国或去国。在离国时,要进行为期三个月以丧礼自处的包括服饰、饮食和生活上的礼节。大夫离国后,是否为旧君反服则根据旧君有无存其爵禄为准。待放、去国之礼体现了先秦儒家基于儒士身份的君臣观——以道结合,双向对等与约束的关系。The etiquette of departure and waiting for release first appeared in The Book of Rites and Justice,which means that the officials and the scholars remonstrated with the sovereign three times to stay in the state or leave the state as ordered by the sovereign.When leaving the state,a funeral ceremony lasted for three months,including the etiquette of dress,diet and life.After the officials left the state,whether to serve the former sovereign or not was determined by whether the former sovereign kept their titles or salary.The etiquette of departure and waiting for release reflected the Confucian view of monarch and minister based on the identity of Confucian scholars in Pre-Qin Dynasty,namely,the relationship of the combination of Taoism,two-way equivalence and restraint.
