胃癌家族史与饮食和情绪间交互作用对慢性萎缩性胃炎的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌家族史与饮食和情绪之间交互作用对慢性萎缩性胃炎的影响。方法选取2015—2018年哈尔滨市某医院907例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为病例组,同期913名健康体检者为对照组,采用多因子降维、叉生分析和相加模型分析胃癌家族史与饮食和情绪之间交互作用对慢性萎缩性胃炎的影响。结果同时伴有腌晒食品、水果、精神压抑、胃癌家族史的人群发生慢性萎缩性胃炎的风险增加3.448倍。胃癌家族史与精神压抑、腌晒食品、水果联合作用的OR值分别为11.626、6.256、2.096。胃癌家族史与水果可能存在负相加交互作用,OR值为0.146。结论胃癌家族史与水果、腌晒食品、精神压抑具有交互作用,水果、胃癌家族史对慢性萎缩性胃炎可能存在拮抗作用。Objective To investigate the interaction effect of family history of gastric cancer,and diet and emotion on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 907 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in a hospital in Harbin from 2015 to 2018 were selected as the case group,and 913 healthy people under physical examination were selected as the control group.The effects of interaction of family history of gastric cancer,and the diet and emotion on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis was evaluated by multi-factor dimensionality reduction,cross-sectional analysis and additive model.Results The risk of chronic atrophic gastritis increased by 3.448 times in people with a family history of gastric cancer,as well as salting and drying foods,fruits,depression and stomach cancer.OR of the combined effect of family history of gastric cancer with mental depression,salted and sun-dried food and fruit was 11.626,6.256 and 2.096,respectively.There may be negative additive interaction between family history of gastric cancer and fruit,and OR was 0.146.Conclusion Family history of gastric cancer has interactive effects on fruits,dried food and mental depression,and eating fruits and family history of gastric cancer may have antagonistic effects on chronic atrophic gastritis.
