抗精神疾病药物联合氟西汀治疗慢性精神分裂症患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析抗精神疾病药物与氟西汀治疗慢性精神分裂症患者的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年10月梁山县精神病医院接收的80例慢性精神分裂症患者,按入院治疗的时间顺序分为两组,各40例。参照组进行常规抗精神疾病药物治疗,研究组进行抗精神疾病药物与氟西汀联合治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:研究组患者阳性和阴性症状量表评分低于参照组,韦氏成人记忆量表测试评分高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对慢性精神分裂症患者实施抗精神疾病药物联合氟西汀治疗,可以明显提升高治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of antipsychotic drugs and fluoxetine in the treatment of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic schizophrenia received by Mental Hospital of Liangshan County between January 2019 and October 2020 were selected and were divided into two groups according to their admission sequence,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine antipsychotic drugs,and the study group was treated with antipsychotic drugs and fluoxetine.The treatment effect in two groups of patients was compared.Results:The positive and negative symptom scale score of patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group,while Wechsler Adult Memory Scale score of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Antipsychotic drugs combined with fluoxetine therapy can obviously improve the therapeutic effect in patients with chronic schizophrenia.
