产业智能化背景下员工技能培训的创新绩效研究

摘　　要：人工智能在拓展员工技能的同时,员工也在不断优化人工智能的技术性能,“人机共生”也许是智能化生产背景下雇佣方式变革的主流趋势,这明显区别于流水线生产系统里的“机器换人”。在此背景下使用网络爬虫技术所形成的2001—2019年中国制造业上市公司的微观数据,基于“技术—制度”分析框架对产业智能化背景下员工技能培训的创新绩效展开计量统计分析。实证结果发现,员工技能培训的创新绩效会随着产业智能化水平的提升而逐渐增强,即产业智能化与员工技能培训在提升创新绩效的过程中产生了“1+1>2”的协同效应。上述计量分析结果在产业异质性与技术异质性的分样本检验中仍然成立,说明研究结论具有较高的可信度。对此可能隐含的对策建议有:降低企业参与培训的成本、强化企业的社会责任意识,以及支持职业院校承担企业培训。While artificial intelligence expands the skills of employees,employees are also constantly optimizing the technical performance of artificial intelligence."Human-machine symbiosis"may be the mainstream trend of employment reform under the background of intelligent production,which is obviously different from the"machine replacement"in the assembly line production system.In this context,based on the micro-data of China's listed manufacturing companies from 2001 to 2019 formed by using the web crawler technology,this paper conducts a quantitative statistical analysis of the innovation performance of employee skill training in the context of industrial intelligence according to the"technology-system"analysis framework.The empirical results show that the innovation performance of employee skill training will gradually increase with the improvement of industrial intelligence level,that is,industrial intelligence and employee skill training have a"1+1>2"synergistic effect in the process of improving innovation performance.The above econometric analysis results are still valid in the sub-sample test of industry heterogeneity and technology heterogeneity,indicating that the research conclusions have high credibility.The implied countermeasures include reducing the cost of enterprise training,strengthening enterprises'sense of social responsibility,and supporting vocational colleges to undertake enterprise training.
