摘  要:【目的】应用灰色关联度分析法分析不同来源毛木耳品种(菌株)的农艺性状表现,为优质柳州螺蛳粉的开发提供优良毛木耳品种(菌株)。【方法】调查柳州螺蛳粉原料毛木耳在栽培和加工方面的农艺性状,确定其品种(菌株)的评价性状及性状重要度;观测从全国主产区收集16个毛木耳品种(菌株)及参考品种(菌株)的农艺性状表现,应用灰色关联度分析法分析其等权关联度和加权关联度,结合产量表现,综合评价各品种的优劣。【结果】在柳州螺蛳粉原料中添加的毛木耳其品种(菌株)有8个农艺性状属于重要性状,各性状的权重系数排序为菌包成活率(0.280)>绝对生物学效率(0.215)>耳片脆性(0.200)>泡发率(0.155)>耳片厚度(0.070)>耳片尺寸(0.030)>菌丝生长速率(0.025)=出耳期(0.025),其中,菌包成活率、绝对生物学效率、耳片脆性和泡发率是主要关注性状。基于等权关联度、加权关联度和产量(绝对生物学效率)对16个毛木耳品种(菌株)进行排名,结果显示川耳7号、193和漳耳43-28均排在前4位,综合表现优于其他参试品种(菌株);新毛6号、上海1号和苏毛3号的等权关联度和加权关联度均排在前7位且产量排在前9位,综合表现较好;而川耳23、琥珀木耳、781和AP11的等权关联度和加权关联度分别排在后5位,产量排在后7位,综合表现较差。【结论】毛木耳菌包成活率、绝对生物学效率、泡发率和耳片脆性是柳州螺蛳粉原料毛木耳品种(菌株)的主要关注性状;川耳7号、193、漳耳43-28、新毛6号、上海1号和苏毛3号6个毛木耳品种(菌株)的综合性状较好,可作为柳州螺蛳粉原料生产的优良毛木耳品种(菌株)推广应用。【Objective】To provide excellent Auricularia nigricans varieties(strains) for developing high quality of Liuzhou river snails rice noodle, the agronomic traits performance of different A.nigricans strains was compared using grey correlation analysis.【Method】In order to obtain evaluation traits and its importance degree, the survey carried out on concerning agronomic traits of the cultivation and the processes of A.nigricansas Liuzhou river snails rice noodle raw material.Then sixteen A.nigricans varieties(strains) and reference varieties collected from the main cultivation area of China were used as test materials to observe and determine the production performance of the evaluation traits, and then the characters performance of reference varieties was determined, and the equal-weighted correlative degree and the weighted correlation degree between the tested A.nigricans varieties(strains) and the reference varieties were analyzed by grey correlation analysis to comprehensive evaluation varieties(strains) with yield.【Result】A.nigricans as Liuzhou river snails rice noodle material had eight vital agronomic traits, of which the order of weighted coefficient was survival rate(0.28)>absolute biological efficiency(0.215)>fruit body brittleness(0.20)>foaming capacity(0.155)>fruit body thickness(0.07)>fruit body size(0.03)>mycelial growth rate(0.025)=harvest time in 4 flush(0.025),and these showed that survival rate, absolute biological efficiency, foaming capacity and brittleness were mainly concerning traits.Based on equal weight correlation degree, weighted correlation degree and yield(absolute biological efficiency),sixteen A.nigricans varieties(strains) were ranked.The result showed that Chuaner 7,193 and Zhanger 43-28 ranked the top 4,and their comprehensive performance was better than other tested varieties(strains);the three varieties(strains) Xinmao No.6,Shanghai No.1 and Sumao No.3 had also good comprehensive performance, including ranked in the top 7 with equal weight correlation degree and weighte
