摘  要:激光器的应用被广泛认可并持续发展,尤其是激光倍频在生产生活中备受关注.该研究综合参考并研究了各个与激光倍频相关领域的研究结果后,经探讨Nd:YAG和Nd:YVO_(4)二种晶体的优势以及不足,并据此设计相关实验对二者的激光倍频效果进行比较.主要探讨小功率泵浦源(2 W)情况下,Nd:YAG和Nd:YVO_(4)二者在实现KTP晶体腔内倍频产生绿光的特性对比,最终测得较为理想的是用Nd:YVO_(4)在倍频晶体作用后测得的绿光的功率,在输出镜为3%和8%时功率分别达到48.3 mW和23.7 mW,而Nd:YAG晶体也能达到12.9 mW和8.3 mW.这个结果与理论上严格一致,并且实验得到的绿光输出功率在两种倍频晶体都有突破性的进展,尤其是Nd:YVO_(4)晶体.研究还对两种激光晶体热透镜焦距随泵浦功率与光斑半径、晶体长度的变化关系进行Matlab仿真,发现Nd:YVO_(4)热透镜效应更为明显,这为提高输出功率给出一定的理论参考.总之,该工作为激光倍频技术的应用和倍频激光输出功率的调节提供了重要的参考依据和理论指导.The application of lasers is widely recognized and continues to develop.In particular,laser fre⁃quency doubling has attracted much attention in production and life.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of Nd:YAG and Nd:YVO_(4) crystals are discussed after comprehensive reference and study of the research re⁃sults in various fields related to laser frequency doubling.Based on these,relevant experiments are designed and the laser frequency doubling effects of Nd:YAG and Nd:YVO_(4) crystals are compared.This paper mainly discus⁃ses the comparison of the green light produced by Nd:YAG and Nd:YVO_(4) in KTP crystal cavity under the condi⁃tion of low power pumping source(2 W).The result shows that the green light power measured by Nd:YVO_(4) un⁃der the action of frequency doubling crystal can reach 48.3 mW and 23.7 mW respectively when the output mir⁃ror is 3%and 8%,while the power of Nd:YAG crystal can reach 12.9 mW and 8.3 mW respectively.This result is strictly consistent with the theory,and the green laser output power we got has made breakthroughs in both fre⁃quency doubling crystals,especially the Nd:YVO_(4) crystal.The Matlab simulations also carried out on the rela⁃tionship between the focal length of the two laser crystal thermal lenses with the pump power,the spot radius and the crystal length.Then we found that the thermal lens effect of Nd:YVO_(4) is more obvious,which provides a theoretical reference for improving the output opticalpower.In short,this work provides an important reference for the application of laser frequency doubling technology and the adjustment of frequency doubling laser output pow⁃er.
