防御机制在医学生抑郁的性别差异中的中介作用

摘　　要：目的了解医学生抑郁和使用心理防御机制的性别差异,探讨心理防御机制对不同性别医学生抑郁水平的影响。方法采用防御方式问卷(DSQ)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)在广东和浙江共3所医学院的医学生校进行问卷调查。结果医学生抑郁的性别差异有统计学意义(t=-2.43,P<0.05),女性高于男性;使用不成熟型防御机制的性别差异有统计学意义(t=-2.23,P<0.05),女性高于男性;使用成熟型防御机制的性别差异有统计学意义(t=2.06,P<0.05),男性高于女性;抑郁与不成熟型防御机制正相关(r=0.59,P<0.01),与成熟型防御机制负相关(r=-0.22,P<0.01),不成熟型防御机制的中介效应显著(95%CI:0.111~2.394),成熟型防御机制的中介效应也显著(95%CI:0.033~0.985)。结论防御机制在医学生性别和抑郁关系中起中介作用。Objective To explore the gender difference in depression and the use of psychological defense mechanism in medical students,and to understand the influence of the defense mechanism on depression level of different genders of medical students.Methods Defensive style questionnaire(DSQ)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used in medical students from three medical colleges in Guangdong and Zhejiang.Results The gender difference of depression of medical students was statistically significant(t=-2.43,P<0.05),female was higher than male.There were significant differences in gender differences in the use of immature defense mechanism(t=-2.23,P<0.05),and female was higher than male.There was significant difference in gender differences in the use of mature defense mechanism(t=2.06,P<0.05),and male was higher than female.Depression was positively correlated with immature defense mechanism(r=0.59,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with mature defense mechanism(r=-0.22,P<0.01).The mediating effect of immature defense mechanism was significant(95%CI:0.111-2.394).The mediating effect of mature defense mechanism was also significant(95%CI:0.033-0.985).Conclusion Defense mechanism plays a mediating role in the relationship between gender and depression in medical students.
