摘  要:新医科建设背景下,如何培养医学生创新精神和创新创业能力,并将其与医学生专业教育和思政教育相结合,制定适合当代医学生学情的“专创融合”人才培养体系,是当前教育工作者热议的话题。剖析河北省某高校“专创融合”临床医学专业人才培养现状、存在的问题和拟解决途径,以期为培养高质量“专创融合”医学人才探索新路径。Under the background of new medicine construction,how to cultivate the innovative spirit and innovative entrepreneurial ability of medical students,and combine it with the professional education and ideological and political education of medical students,and formulate the“professional and innovative education”talent training system suitable for contemporary medical students’learning situation is a hot topic for educators.We analyzed the present situation,existing problems and proposed solutions of“professional and innovative education”clinical medical professionals training in a university in Hebei Province,in order to explore a new way to cultivate high-quality“professional and innovative education”medical personnel.
