摘　　要：目的探讨促微管聚合蛋白3(TPPP3)基因在胃癌组织中的表达情况及其与临床生物学行为和患者生存期的关系。方法收集102例接受手术的胃癌患者的临床、病理资料,采用免疫组化法检测肿瘤组织中TPPP3的表达情况,并分析其与胃癌临床病理特征及患者生存期的相关性。结果胃癌组织及癌旁组织中的TPPP3阳性率分别为77.5%和34.3%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=38.494,P<0.001)。TPPP3表达情况与病灶大小、区域淋巴结转移情况、肿瘤浸润深度及TNM分期相关;与性别、年龄及组织分化程度无关;TPPP3高表达导致了胃癌患者DFS的明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组OS差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论TPPP3可能参与了胃癌的发生,并可促进肿瘤组织生长,同时TPPP3高表达有导致术后疾病复发的趋势。Objective To investigate the expression of TPPP3 gene in gastric cancer tissues and its relationship with clinical biological behavior and patient survival.Methods The clinical and pathological data of 102 patients with gastric cancer who underwent surgery were collected,immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TPPP3 in tumor tissues,and its correlation with the clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer and the survival time of the patients was analyzed.Results The positive rates of TPPP3 in gastric cancer tissue and adjacent tissues were 77.5%and 34.3%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=38.494,P<0.001).TPPP3 expression was related to lesion size,regional lymph node metastasis,tumor invasion depth,and TNM stage,but it had nothing to do with gender,age,and degree of tissue differentiation.High TPPP3 expression led to a significant decrease in DFS in patients with gastric cancer.The results were statistically significant(P<0.05),but no statistical difference in OS between the two groups was observed(P>0.05).Conclusion TPPP3 may be involved in the occurrence of gastric cancer and can promote the growth of tumor tissues.At the same time,the high expression of TPPP3 may lead to postoperative disease recurrence.
