摘 要:以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)为基体,中空聚酰亚胺纤维为耐热型纤维,分别从低密度高成炭、高耐热以及分子链催化成炭三方面出发,通过机械共混法制备了酚醛空心微球(HPM)、聚酰亚胺树脂(PIR)以及含不饱和双键环磷腈衍生物(CPD)复合的EPDM绝热层,并对这三种绝热层进行了硫化性能、力学性能、与金属界面粘接性能以及耐烧蚀性能的研究。结果表明,由PIR填充的EPDM绝热层具有较为优异的综合性能;当PIR添加量为10 phr时,其拉伸强度为8.9 MPa,断裂伸长率为834%,密度为1.033 g/cm^(3),与铝片的粘接强度为5.4 MPa,线烧蚀率为0.033 mm/s。SEM显示,EPDM/PIR烧蚀后的断面连续完整、无明显大孔隙,具有优异的耐烧蚀性能。In the aim of formulating insulations with low density,higher carbon yields,higher heat resistance and catalytic charing of molecular chains,ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)insulations were proposed via blending of hollow phenolic microsphere(HPM),polyimide resin(PIR),and cyclophosphazene derivatives(CPD),respectively.The vulcanizing properties,mechanical properties,adhesive and ablative performance of the EPDM insulations were studied for these three kinds of heat-resistant fillers.The results show that EPDM/PIR exhibits best comprehensive performances as compared to the other two insulations of EPDM/HPM and EPDM/CPD.With the additive amount of polyimide resin up to 10 phr,its tensile strength,elongation at break,density,bonging strength with aluminum sheet,and linear ablation rate is 8.9 MPa,834%,1.033 g/cm^(3),5.4 MPa and 0.033 mm/s,respectively.EPDM/PIR insulation exhibits an excellent ablative performance and the morphology of cross section of ablative charred layer present continuous evenly distributed micropores with negligible large holes and defects.
