摘 要:【目的】探明不同甘蓝型油菜品系菜薹在晋南地区的生物学性状、营养品质及产量差异,为选育和推广适合晋南地区种植的优质高产油菜新品系菜薹提供理论依据。【方法】以20个不同甘蓝型油菜双低品系为研究对象,主要测定菜薹的生物学性状、营养品质及产量等11个指标,并结合Delphi法对各油菜品系菜薹进行综合排序。【结果】参试的20个不同甘蓝型油菜双低品系菜薹的生物学性状、营养品质及产量均存在较大差异。菜薹产量以yc2002最高,达4166.7 kg/hm^(2),较CK增加33.0%;Vc以yc2001最高,为93.31 mg/100g,较CK高2.55%;类胡萝卜素以yc2015最高,达335.99 ug/g-1fw,较CK高36.13%;叶绿素以yc2007最高,为54.62,较CK高14.58;可溶性糖以yc2018最高,为5.30%,较CK高79.05%。【结论】yc2001、yc2002、yc2003、yc2004、yc2010和yc2015的综合表现均优于CK(秦油7号),适宜作为晋南地区“油蔬两用”油菜品系推广,其中,yc2001品系菜薹综合品质优良,表现为茎粗、薹叶多、叶色绿和产量高等特点,可作为首推品系。【Objective】The differences in biological characteristics,nutritional quality and yield of flowering stalk from different Brassica napus lines are explored in Southern Shanxi Province to provide the theoretical basis for breeding and promoting flowering stalk of good quality and high yield rapeseed lines which is suitable for planting in the areas.【Method】11 indexes(biological characteristics,nutritional quality,yield,etc)of flowering stalk in 20 double-low Brassica napus lines are determined,and then the flowering stalk of different rapeseed lines is ranked comprehensively combined with Delphi method.【Result】There are significant differences in biological characteristics,nutritional quality and yield of flowering stalk in 20 different double-low lines.The yield of flowering stalk is highest in yc2002,reaching 4166.7 kg/hm^(2),which is 33.0% higher than that of CK.Vc in yc2001 is the highest of 93.1 mg/100g,which is 2.55% higher than that of CK.The highest carotenoid is in yc2015,which reaches 335.99 ug/g-1fw,36.13% higher than that of CK.The chlorophyll content is highest in yc2007 with 54.62,14.58 higher than in CK.The soluble sugar is highest in yc2018(5.30%),79.05% higher than that in CK.【Conclusion】The comprehensive performance of yc2001,yc2002,yc2003,yc2004,yc2010 and yc2015 are better than that of CK(Qinyou 7),which is suitable to be promoted as“oil and vegetable dual-use”cultivar in Southern Shanxi Province.The comprehensive quality of flowering stalk in yc2001 is excellent with thick stalk,more stalk leaves,green leaves and high yield,which can be used as the preferred variety to promote.
