摘 要:采用超声波辅助提取的方法,分别用蒸馏水、20%、40%、60%、80%乙醇溶液和无水乙醇溶液对核桃青皮、蕺菜、狭萼鬼吹箫的化学成分进行提取,恒温蒸干获得浸膏后计算各溶剂提取物的得率。利用平板打孔法,分别考察不同浓度乙醇提取物对丁香假单胞菌猕猴桃变种的抗菌作用。结果表明,三种植物的不同浓度提取物对该病原菌均具有较好的抑菌效果,抑菌效果依次为:核桃青皮提取物>狭萼鬼吹箫提取物>蕺菜提取物;当用60%乙醇提取核桃青皮、80%乙醇提取蕺菜、40%或60%乙醇提取狭萼鬼吹箫时,分别达到各自的最佳抑菌效果;本试验首次发现狭萼鬼吹箫具有抑菌作用。实验结果显示核桃青皮可作为丁香假单胞菌猕猴桃变种潜在的植源抗菌剂候选材料之一。Using ultrasonic-assisted extraction method,the chemical components of walnut green husk,Houttuynia cordata Thunb.and Leycesteria formosa var.stenosepala Rehd.were extracted respectively by distilled water,20%ethanol solution,40%ethanol solution,60%ethanol solution,80%ethanol solution and absolute ethanol solution,respectively.The yield of each solvent extract was calculated after drying the extract at constant temperature.Further,the antibacterial activity of extracts of three plants with different solvents against Pseudomonas syringae var.kiwifruit(P.syringae var.kiwifruit)was investigated by plate punching method.The results showed that the three plants had good antibacterial effects on P.syringae var.kiwifruit,and the effects are as follows:walnut green husk extract>Leycesteria formosa var.stenosepala Rehd.extract>Houttuynia cordata Thunb.extract,When 60%ethanol was used to extract walnut green husk,80%ethanol was used to extract Houttuynia cordata Thunb,and 40%or 60%ethanol was used to extract Leycesteria formosa var.stenosepala Rehd.,the three plants achieved the best antibacterial effect respectively;In this experiment,it was found that the Leycesteria formosa var.stenosepala Rehd.had antibacterial effect for the first time.The results indicates that walnut green husk can be one of the most promising botanical antibacterial materials for P.syringae var.kiwifruit.
