曝光机中LED光源替代传统汞灯的技术探讨

摘　　要：PCB行业传统普通曝光机使用汞灯光源发射出紫外线光(UV),这UV汞灯为热光源,缺点温度高、耗电量大并且产生臭氧造成环境危害;近几年流行的LED为冷光源,相对UV汞灯发热量低、耗电量少且不产生有害物质。因此PCB普通曝光机新推出的设备逐步使用LED光源取代汞灯,并且原有汞光源传统曝光机选择升级改造为LED光源。文章就曝光机不同类型LED光源与传统汞灯优劣点进行技术探讨。The traditional common exposure machine in PCB industry uses mercury lamp source to emit ultraviolet UV light.UV mercury lamp is a thermal light source,which has the disadvantages of high temperature,large power consumption and ozone,causing environmental harm.In recent years,the popular LED is a cold light source.Compared with the UV mercury lamp,the heat output is lower,the power consumption is less,and no harmful substances are produced.Therefore,the new equipment of PCB common exposure machine gradually uses LED light source instead of mercury light source,and the original mercury light source of traditional exposure machine is upgraded to LED light source.The advantages and disadvantages of different types of LED light source and traditional mercury lamp are discussed in this paper.
