摘 要:目的探讨基于能力培养为核心的高职《护理心理学》实训课教学体系的设计及应用效果。方法抽取重庆三峡医药高等专科学校2020年秋季学期高职护理专业的4个班级,随机分为试验组和对照组各2个班。其中试验组采取“护理心理学知识、心理护理技能和自我心理成长”三位一体的“理论与实训”结合的护理心理学课程教学新体系;对照组采取传统的教学体系和教师理论授课。学期末比较两组学生护理心理学课程期末卷面成绩的差异和对同一授课教师综合评价总分的差异,并采用自制问卷调查试验组学生对该授课体系的满意度。结果试验组学生期末考试的总成绩高于对照组(P<0.001),对授课教师的评价分数高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组学生对以能力培养为核心的高职《护理心理学》实训课教学体系的满意度较高。结论以能力培养为核心的高职《护理心理学》实训课教学体系可以有效提高教学效果。Objective To design the teaching system of practical training course of Nursing Psychology in higher vocational colleges based on ability training,and to explore its application effect.Methods Four classes of higher vocational nursing specialty offering the course in the autumn semester of 2020 from Chongqing Three Gorges Medical Colleye were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group adopted a new teaching system of“theory and practice”integrating“nursing psychology knowledge,psychological nursing skills and self psychological growth”.The control group was taught with traditional teaching system and teacher theory.At the end of the semester,the differences in the final paper scores of the two groups and the total score of the comprehensive evaluation of the same teacher were compared,and a self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the students'satisfaction with the teaching system.Results The total score of the final examination was higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.001),and the evaluation score of the teachers was higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).The students in the experimental group were more satisfied with the teaching system of nursing psychology training course in higher vocational colleges with ability training as the core.Conclusions The teaching system of practical training course of Nursing Psychology in higher vocational colleges with ability training as the core can effectively improve the teaching effect.
