摘  要:目的 了解2017—2018年大连市两种不同来源的副溶血性弧菌主要毒力基因的分布差异。方法 对2017—2018年大连市食品和患者两种来源共160株副溶血性弧菌用VITEK 2 compact全自动微生物鉴定系统进行生化鉴定,并检测不耐热溶血素基因(tlh)、耐热直接溶血素基因(tdh)、耐热相关溶血素基因(trh)、toxRS/new、orf8及Ⅲ型分泌系统(T3SS1、T3SS2α、T3SS2β)。结果 160株副溶血性弧菌经系统生化鉴定全部为副溶血性弧菌。两种来源菌株tlh、T3SS1携带率均为100%,trh携带率为0,携带率无差异;食品来源菌株的毒力基因T3SS2β携带率(1.20%)略高于患者来源菌株(0),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.934,P>0.05);食品来源菌株的toxRS/new携带率(10.84%)明显高于患者来源菌株(2.60%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.242,P<0.05);食品来源菌株的tdh、orf8、T3SS2α的携带率(分别为8.43%、3.61%、19.28%)明显低于患者来源的菌株(分别为70.13%、25.97%、88.31%),差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=64.452、16.224、76.336,均P<0.05);食品来源菌株tdh-/trh-/orf8-/T3SS2α-/T3SS2β-比例(68.67%)明显高于患者来源菌株(6.49%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=65.071,P<0.05);两种来源的菌株均不存在同时携带tdh/toxRS/new的菌株。结论 2017—2018年大连市食品和患者两种来源的菌株均不存在大流行菌株,都携带tlh和T3SS1,不携带trh;除toxRS/new外,食品来源的副溶血性弧菌毒力基因携带率明显低于患者来源的菌株。Objective To investigate the differences in distribution of virulence genes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from two sources in Dalian City from 2017-2018. Methods A total of 160 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from food and patients in Dalian City from 2017-2018 were identified by VITEK 2 compact automatic microbial identification system. The thermolabile hemolysin gene(tlh),thermostable direct hemolysin gene(tdh),thermostable related hemolysin gene(trh),toxRS/new,orf8,and type Ⅲ secretory system(T3 SS1,T3 SS2α,T3 SS2β) were detected. Results All of 160 strains were identified as Vibrio parahaemolyticus by the system biochemical method. The carrying rates of tlh and T3SS1 in strains from two sources were 100%,while the carrying rates of T3 SS1 were 0,and there were no statistically significant difference in the carrying rates. The carrying rate of virulence gene T3SS2β in food source strains(1.20%) was slightly higher than that in patient source strains(0),but there were no statistically significant difference (χ^(2)=0.934,P>0.05). The carrying rate of toxRS/new of food source strains(10.84%) was significantly higher than that of patient source strains(2.60%),and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=4.242,P<0.05). The carrying rates of tdh,orf8 and T3SS2α in food source strains(8.43%,3.61% and 19.28%) were significantly lower than those in patient source strains(70.13%,25.97%,88.31%),and the differences were statistically significant (χ^(2)=64.452,16.224,76.336,all P<0.05). The proportion of tdh-/trh-/orf8-/T3 SS2α-/T3 SS2β-in food source strains(68.67%) was significantly higher than that in patient source strains(6.49%),and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=65.071,P<0.05). There was no strain carrying tdh/toxRS/new simultaneously in strains from the two sources. Conclusion There is no epidemic strain in the strains from food and patient sources in Dalian City from 2017-2018,which all carry tlh and T3SS1,not TRH.Except toxRS/new,the virulence gene carrying rate of Vibri
