摘 要:目的 了解安徽省9所公立综合医院护士职业价值观现状,探讨影响护士职业价值观的因素,为提升护士职业价值观水平提供参考依据。方法 2019年10月,利用一般资料调查表和护士职业价值观量表(nursing professional values scalerevised,NPVS-R)对安徽省9所公立医院的2 460名护士进行问卷调查。结果 安徽省9所公立综合医院护士职业价值观总体得分为(91.88±17.06)分,总均分为(3.56±0.66)分。不同职称、科室、月收入、每天接触患者时间以及近1年是否有离职想法的护士职业价值观得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。月收入以及最近是否有离职想法是护士职业价值观的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 安徽省9所公立综合医院护士职业价值观水平现状不容乐观,医院应强化职业价值观教育,促进同工同酬、降低离职率,引导护士树立正确职业价值观;护理管理者要关注个体差异,采取针对性策略提升护士职业价值观水平。Objective To understand the status quo of nurses’ professional values in nine public general hospitals in Anhui Province,explore the influencing factors of nurses’ professional values,and provide reference for improving nurses’ professional values. Methods In October 2019,a questionnaire survey was performed among 2 460 nurses in nine public general hospitals in Anhui Province by the general information questionnaire and the nurse professional values scale-revised(NPVS-R). Results The overall score of professional values among nurses in nine public general hospitals in Anhui Province was(91.88±17.06)points,and the total average score was(3.56±0.66)points. There were statistically significant differences in the scores of professional values among nurses with different professional titles,departments,monthly income,daily contact time with patients and whether they had the idea of leaving in the past year(all P<0.05). The monthly income and recent turnover thoughts were the influencing factors of nurses’ professional values(all P<0.05). Conclusion The status of professional values among nurses in nine public general hospitals in Anhui Province is not optimistic,so hospital should strengthen the education of professional values,promote equal pay for equal work,reduce the turnover rate,and guide nurses to establish correct professional values,while the nursing managers should pay attention to individual differences and take targeted strategies to improve the level of professional values of nurses.
