摘  要:目的 了解护理院护士的老年歧视现状及其影响因素。方法 2019年4—5月,采用方便抽样的方式,应用一般资料问卷、老年歧视量表、职业认同量表对苏州市13家护理院的护士进行横断面调查。结果 共回收有效问卷334份,护理院护士老年歧视得分为(56.88±10.86)分,条目均分为(2.47±0.47)分。老年歧视总分、分离维度、情感态度维度与职业认同总分均呈负相关(r=-0.198、-0.183、-0.317,均P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、对老年护理行业前景的看好程度、职业认同是老年歧视的独立影响因素。结论 护理院护士老年歧视水平偏低,对老年人持积极的态度。建议卫生健康行政部门积极推进老年护理,重视对老年从业人员的培养与激励,提升老年护理人员的职业认同感,降低护理工作中的老年歧视现象。Objective To explore the current situation of ageism and its influencing factors among nurses in nursing homes.Methods By convenience sampling,a cross-sectional survey was conducted among nurses in 13 nursing homes in Suzhou City by using general information questionnaire,Fraboni scale of ageism,and professional identity scale from April to May 2019. Results A total of 344 valid questionnaires were collected. The score of ageism among nurses in nursing homes was(56.88±10.86)points,and the average item score was(2.47±0.47)points. The total score of ageism and the scores of separation and emotional attitude dimensions were negatively correlated with the total score of professional identity(r=-0.198,-0.183,-0.317,all P<0.01). The results of multiple linear regression showed that age,the degree of optimistic about the outlook for geriatric nursing and professional identity were independent influencing factors of ageism. Conclusions The ageism in nurses of nursing homes is at a low level,and they had positive attitude towards the elderly. It is suggested that the health administration departments should actively promote the elderly nursing,attach importance to the training and incentive for the elderly nursing related employees,improve the professional identity of nurses,and reduce the ageism in nursing work.
