摘 要:近年来,氧化还原调节、有氧糖酵解和自噬均可作为抗肿瘤的关键因素,且三者的交叉作用与肿瘤的生物学行为密切相关。有氧糖酵解的关键代谢途径与调控氧化还原的信号通路密切相关,自噬又在有氧糖酵解的作用下起着维持细胞生长、保护细胞的作用。阐明三者在肿瘤中的作用及其相互关系,可有效增强临床诊断、监测和治疗癌症的能力,也可为临床治疗肿瘤提供更有效的组合治疗策略及新颖且有效的思路和方法。本文就氧化还原调节、有氧糖酵解、自噬近年来在抗肿瘤中的应用及其三者间的相互关系作一综述。In recent years,REDOX regulation,aerobic glycolysis and autophagy can be used as key anti-tumor factors,of which the cross effects are closely related to the biological behavior of tumors.The key metabolic pathway of aerobic glycolysis is closely related to the signaling pathway that regulates REDOX,and autophagy also plays a role in maintaining cell growth and protecting cells under the role of aerobic glycolysis.The purpose of this study is to elucidate the roles and relationships of the three factors in the treatment of cancer,so as to enhance the ability of clinical diagnosis,monitoring and treatment of cancer,and to provide more effective combined treatment strategies and novel and effective ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of cancer.This paper reviews REDOX regulation,aerobic glycolysis,autophagy and their recent applications in antitumor therapy as well as their interactions.
